1. No smoking. Pet friendly.
2. Call for a weekly discount.
3. Reservation required.
4. Two night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
5. Holidays are summer weekend rates.
6. A 30% deposit secures your reservation.
7. Cancellations accepted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival and your deposit would be refunded, less a 50% processing fee.
8. All Damages paid by renter.
9. Rates do not include Taxes.
10. Visa / Mastercard, money order and cash accepted - no personal checks.
